Unfortunately, we had a few no-shows already.
We would like to remind you that we have introduced a strict booking policy.
Late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours) – 50% of treatment value.
No-show fee – 100% of treatment value.
If you need to cancel the appointment, just press the ‘Cancel appointment’ button when you receive the reminder email and message. You don’t need to ring the salon. You will need to ring the salon if it is less than 24 hrs. Unfortunately, we will charge you a late cancellation fee in that case.
When making an appointment you will have 24 hours to confirm your appointment with bank card details regardless of the payment method you will use on the day, for example, a voucher. The card will not be charged, we do not take deposits. If you do not confirm your appointment with a bank card, it will be canceled after 24 hours without any notice.
