Important: Patch Test Policy
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
For all treatments that involve tints or lifting solutions (eyebrow tint, eyelash tint, lash lift, and brow lamination), a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your appointment if:
You have never had the treatment at our salon before
It has been 6 months since your last patch test with us
You’ve had any changes in your medical history, medication, or allergies
Even if you’ve had a patch test at another salon, you must have one at Puerto Banus Nail Bar & Aesthetics, as different salons may use different products. This precaution ensures you are not allergic to the products we use.
Patch tests are quick, free of charge, and essential to guarantee a safe and enjoyable treatment.

Pre-treatment client advice
To ensure that clients get the best from LASHUS treatment we advise the following before the treatment:
- Clients must inform us if they have any medical changes and or are pregnant.
- Clients must avoid the use of waterproof mascara, lash serums and oily products around the eye area 24 hours before the appointment. These can leave a barrier on the lashes, preventing the Lift and Fix lotions from being able to penetrate into the bonds.
- Clients must arrive wearing no mascara on their lashes.
Stubborn mascara can take a while for a therapist to carefully remove which can affect the appointment time.
- Clients must remove their contact lenses before the treatment commences. This is essential for health and safety reasons.
- Clients will not be able to get their lashes wet for 24 hours after the treatment. Due to this they may want to wash their hair etc. before the treatment.
